Dan Harris continues his Attentional Fitness Training friendly mission to demystify mindfulness meditation with a new Challenge Collective app and tips on talking about the practice without scaring people away.
The app includes two-weeks worth of daily short videos, guided audio meditations by Joseph Goldstein, and a live coach to check in to offer additional nudges and support. It's a woo-woo free approach for people who are curious about mindfulness, but are "allergic to New Age-y" language.
