Introduction to practical strategies for finding and creating restfulness regardless of circumstances.
Join us for guided instruction and periods of practice in silence to develop the ability to find peace and quiet within the bustle and noise of regular life. Practicing together makes it easier and more fun. There will be opportunities to ask questions and get tips from an experienced mindfulness coach.
These strategies will complement and support other interventions and belief systems rather than attempting to replace them. All interest and experience levels welcome.
