According to the National Sleep Foundation, 30 percent of American adults have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up refreshed. The mindfulness approach to meditation can help address these challenges. Rather than trying to stop our thoughts, mindfulness is about changing our relationship to our thoughts and feelings.

This workshop explores strategies and exercises that have helped people stop trying to think their way out of discomfort and confusion and get more rest.
