Give yourself the gift of a few hours of peace and quiet. Unplug. Recharge. Learn how to find and savor the many aspects of restfulness that are available throughout the day. We all have the capacity to get better at recognizing and taking advantage of these hidden windows of opportunity whether a particular environment is quiet or not. You'll also learn simple mindful eating strategies and gentle stretches to take back to support an ongoing exploration of finding rest in the midst of regular activities.
We will be sitting in chairs, but you are invited to bring cushions and blankets for additional comfort. Light breakfast and lunch provided.
